What is a duplicate conversion action?
A duplicate conversion action counts the same user action (e.g. a purchase) more than once, either through two separate tags firing on the same event or through the same conversion action being imported from GA4 and set up natively in Google Ads simultaneously. Duplicates inflate conversion volume and distort Smart Bidding.
Will you fix the issues found during the audit?
The audit covers findings and a prioritised remediation plan. If you want us to implement the fixes, that is a separate engagement we can scope after the audit.
What access do you need?
Read access to your Google Ads account and read access to your GTM container. We do not need edit access to the account or container to run the audit.
How is this different from the Google Ads Conversion Tracking Setup service?
The audit identifies what is wrong with your existing setup. The Conversion Tracking Setup service builds or rebuilds the implementation from scratch. The audit often precedes or replaces the setup service, depending on how much of the existing implementation can be salvaged.
What if Enhanced Conversions is not set up?
We flag it as a gap in the audit report. Setting it up is within the Google Ads Enhanced Conversions service, which can be scoped separately after the audit.
